No water at all… dries fast after major rain.

Spicewood, TX (Tennis Court)

April 24, 2013
I hope all is well. I just wanted to give you an update on the tennis court. All is great. I am playing more than ever. A couple of weeks ago we had major flash flooding. Our car could not get across for 3 hours the creek was so high. We actually had to walk around to our neighbors’ property to get to our house. We were the lucky ones.

Anyway, the tennis court was great. No water at all and the drainage went completely around the court. What is amazing is how fast the court dries. After a major rain fall, it only takes about 2 hours to completely dry up in the sun. We have not been able to complete all of landscaping since the woman we are working with is busy and we are doing this cost effectively. However, the walkway from the drive to the tennis court is done, the tennis shed behind the back board is done and we were able to do a burn so there is no more brush in front of the court. It looks pretty good.

The tennis court area will continue to evolve over time. I want to make it look like it is in the middle of a park. 🙂

TL;DR

After major flash flooding, this homeowner reported no standing water on the court and noted the court dried quickly in the sun—with drainage working around the perimeter.

We use it more regularly than expected.

To whom it may concern,
We would like personally commend Jason Winkler and Austin Courts for the great product
and service we received this past year. Our family of four absolutely loves the court and
find ourselves using it more regularly than we had expected. The quality of the product is
outstanding – we have not found a thing we considered less than first class.
Our particular purchase was combined with a construction project that added additional
timing and service delivery requests. Jason and Sport Court of Austin were very
understanding and accommodating in the process.
Given my experience and the quality of the product we have and will continue to
recommend Jason and Sport Court of Austin to anyone interested in an outdoor family
entertainment venue.

Safe performance… great ball bounce… professional install.

We are so pleased with the work you did for our family.
The surfacing you put on our outdoor basketball court works great. As a high school basketball coach, I wanted a performance surfacing that was safe for my home. Sport Court PowerGame surfacing has met those criteria. The ball bounce is great. And, the fact that it is in our school colors is an added bonus.
As you can imagine, we have every level of player coming over to the house and they all enjoy playing on the court. My husband and I have played and coached basketball for many years and were pleased with the quality of the product, professionalism of the installation, and promptness of the install.

Thanks again and we would be happy to speak to others regarding your quality products and service.

Our gym went from most disliked… to a jewel of West Texas.

I just wanted to send a letter of thanks to you and to Sport Court for your work
here at the Boys & Girls Club of Scurry County. Our most utilized and popular
room in the Club here in Snyder, our gym, was the worst, ugliest and most
disliked room here. The community had grown a disdain for having to practice
at the Club for basketball, and we hadn’t had a real basketball game here in over
30 years!

Then Sport Court stepped in. Because of you we were able to secure funding to
purchase a court to cover our huge gym, and because of that the County
Commissioners were also willing to give some money for renovations in the
gym. All totaled we secured over $150,000 worth of renovations and upgrades,
and it all started with you contacting me with the grant opportunities! Without
that I know there is no way the gym would be where it is today.

After the renovations our gym is now one of the jewels of West Texas, and
surely one of the shining spots for Snyder. The community has come out
wholeheartedly in support of the Club, and everyone is thrilled with the floor,
how it looks and how it came out.

Not only did you provide a court for the kids of Scurry County, you provided a
source of hope, pride and inspiration to the community. We recently held the
first official basketball game here in over 30 years, and are scheduled to hold
tournaments, volleyball camps and so much more. Everyone has come in and
seen the gym, seen the floor and are amazed about the difference. They now
once again have pride in the Club, and a renewed sense of pride beams
throughout the community.

All this happened because you took the time to reach out, took the time to care.
You opened the doors, and we were successful and grateful to be able to work
with you. The services you all provided gave the kids, gave the Club, and gave
our community a source of pride and inspiration which had been missing for a
long time.

We thank you!

Sincerely,
Clint Ziehl

Third floor in 20+ years… shock absorbing with great traction & ball response.

It has recently come to my attention that somebody is passing along incorrect information that we at the
Boys and Girls Club in Sherman are not pleased with our Sport Court@ floor system. Nothing could be
further from the truth!

We are very pleased with our newest Sport Court@ ResponserM floor, as we have been with our previous
Sport Court@ floors for the past twenty plus years! Our most recent floor system is our third Sport
Court@ floor.

Who keeps buying a product and services if they are not pleased!?

If we have an opportunity to build another facility or install Sport Court@ again at any other facility we
would most certainly do so. . . and we would be contacting your company to provide all the materials and
services to us.

We are most pleased!

The Sport Court@ floors are shock absorbing but yet provide excellent ball reaction and foot traction.
They are not too slick and hard as wood and tile, yet are not too soft as many rubber floor systems are.
The floor system is easy to keep clean, difficult to damage, and easy to repair if it is damaged.
We think there is really no better floor system for the wide variety of sports and multi-purpose activities
for all age groups and player levels that we experience at the Boys and Girls Club.

We receive calls and visitors several times each year and are always highly positive regarding the Sport
Court@ floor system when the subject arises. If we ever have an issue then you will be the first to be
contacted...However, I don't expect to be making any more calls to you than I have in the last 20 or so
years, other than to say I need another Sport Court@ floor.

Please continue to use us as a reference location, and feel free to provide this letter of reference to any
interested parties.

Thanks for all you do!
Highest Regards,

Mike Delong,
Director of Boys and Girls Club
Sherman Texas.
